A couple of simple steps, then we're up and running
Your information & agreement
First of all, we need some basic information about your company. In addition, we need an agreement with you as a customer. Your adviser will ask for exactly what we need to know to get started and send the agreement for smooth signing.
Reading access bank
In order for us to be able to make reconciliations against the company's bank account without receiving bank account statements, we need read access to the company's account. Just send an email to your bank contact and have us on a copy and we will take over the dialogue or add via your Internet bank.
Declaration agent
We continuously declare all employer contributions, taxes and VAT for your company. For that we need to become a declaration agent, which can be easily registered on the Swedish Tax Agency’s website. If you need help, we will be happy to send you a guide!
History
If your company is not a start-up, we need a history. Among other things, we need SIE file, customer and supplier ledgers and latest financial statements. If you already have an accounting firm, we will of course start the dialogue with them so that we get everything we need.
