This is what a typical month with our accounting firm looks like
Step 1 - You submit documents digitally
You submit your documents to us digitally. If you receive physical originals, you can easily take photos and send them in with the Fortnox app (Downloaded via the App store or Google Play). We can also help you get documents delivered digitally, directly into the accounting system.
Step 2 - The consultant starts with the accounting assistance
Once you have sent the documentation, we will start our work. Regardless of whether it is invoices, salaries, and/or declarations, we assist you in handling your finances through the Fortnox system.
Step 3 - The consultant reports to the Swedish Tax Agency
When the month is booked and ready, we compile and declare to the Tax Agency on your behalf.
Step 4 - You will receive a results report
You will receive your profit and loss report summarizing the most recent period. It also details what you need to pay to the Swedish Tax Agency. Additionally, we address any issues such as unpaid invoices.
Step 5 - Any coordination between you and the consultant
Your consultant is available for phone calls or meetings for any questions. Some customers prefer closer contact, and we adapt to your needs.
